1925 Mrs. Guthrie sells property
1927 Meadow court re-opened as the lighthouse Inn
1929 Pequot day school opens at Lighthouse Inn
1944 Blaze destroys carriage house
1945 The "Ronnick Era" Begins
1951 Roger Williams' Autumn Leaves composed at the Inn
1974  Inn is sold by the Ronnick brothers
1979 Fire damages 3rd floor of mansion
1981 Inn is re-opened
1996 Inn becomes National Historic Landmark
2001 Jim and Marylis McGrath buy the lighthouse Inn

Inn celebrates 100th Anniversary as a building, 75th anniversary as an Inn
